1. Nature of Services

Shape My Site provides customized digital services, including but not limited to:

• UI/UX design
• Landing pages and web solutions
• Custom features, integrations, and optimizations

All services are tailor-made according to client requirements. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, refunds are handled under strict conditions.

2. Advance Payments

• Most projects require an advance payment before work begins
• The advance confirms project booking, planning, and resource allocation
• Once the advance is paid and work has started, it is non-refundable

Advance payments cover:

• Research and planning time
• Design concepts and technical setup
• Reserved development resources

For projects divided into milestones:

• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
• If a project is canceled mid-way:

• The client must pay for all completed milestones
• Remaining unpaid milestones will not be delivered

5. Revisions Policy (Instead of Refunds)

We focus on fixing issues, not refunding completed work.

• Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope
• Revision limits are discussed before project start
• Requests beyond scope may require additional charges
• Refunds will not be issued in place of revisions.

6. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

• All payments made remain non-refundable
• Work completed until cancellation will be billed
• Ownership of incomplete or unpaid work is not transferred

7. Project Cancellation by Shape My Site

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project if:

• The client violates our Terms & Conditions
• Abusive, unethical, or unprofessional behavior is observed
• Required inputs or payments are repeatedly delayed
• The project involves illegal, harmful, or unethical content

In such cases:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Decisions made by Shape My Site are final

8. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

• Late responses or approvals
• Missing content or assets
• Scope changes during development
• Third-party service issues (hosting, APIs, platforms)

9. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Domain registration
• Hosting services
• Paid plugins, tools, or licenses
• APIs or external platforms

are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. False or malicious disputes may result in:

• Immediate service termination
• Suspension of deliverables
• Legal action, if necessary

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

11. Changes to This Policy

Shape My Site reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
